Dr. Victoria LewDr. Victoria Lew is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Director of the Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MSIO) program at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. She earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Factors and Behavioral Neurobiology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Daytona Beach Campus. As Program Director, Dr. Lew oversees curriculum development, fosters faculty collaboration, and drives student success initiatives, preparing graduates for impactful careers in organizational settings. She also serves on the Faculty Development Task Force and Graduate Council, supporting faculty growth and shaping graduate education policies. Additionally, as a Florida Southern College’s Institutional Review Board member, Dr. Lew ensures research conducted across the institution adheres to ethical standards. Finally, Dr. Lew is the Advisor and Faculty Lead for the EMPOWER Research Lab, which engages graduate and undergraduate students in innovative research on motivation, performance (individual and team), organizational well-being, engagement, idea generation/selection, and resilience. Under her mentorship, students gain practical research experience that bridges academic knowledge and real-world application. Dedicated to fostering collaboration and mentoring future leaders in psychology, Dr. Lew’s work emphasizes enhancing and advancing the fields of Industrial/Organizational and Human Factors Psychology. |
