Dr. Jill Draime

Dr. Jill Draime serves as Executive Director, Change Management, at the US Department of Veterans Affairs, where she is responsible for policies, strategies, and execution of organizational change management and leads the transformation vision, stakeholder engagement, change impact and organizational readiness and communications regarding organizational impact.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Draime served as Executive Director, Change Management for VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM IO). In this role, she provided vision and direction for the Office of Change Management.

Her previous roles also include Acting VHA Chief of Staff (2014-2015), Acting VHA Deputy Chief of Staff (2014), and Director of Organization Development Consultation for VHA’s National Center for Organizational Development (2003- 2014).

From 2013-2017, Dr. Draime served as Vice President, President-Elect, President, and Past President for the Society of Psychologists in Leadership.

Dr. Draime received her doctoral degree from Spalding University in 1998 and is a graduate of Wharton’s Advanced Management Program. Her interests include large-scale systems change, employee engagement and development, and group process consultation.
